5 p.m. - 7 p.m. Sugarcane Jane, the Alabama Gulf Coast husband-and-wife musical team of Anthony and Savana Lee Crawford released a new album this week, titled "Dirt Road's End."
8:30 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. The Chee-Weez, a five-piece tribute/show band from New Orleans. The group covers a wide range of genres -- 70s funk, 80s cheeziness, 90s rock.
Parking at the festival site, which is accessible from Cater Lee Way via Baldwin County 65 to the west and Hickory Street to the east, is $5.
Free shuttle service will run from Tanger Outlets on Alabama 59, south of U.S. 98, and from the Trawick Center in the Bryant Bank parking lot at 1502 N. McKenzie St./Alabama 59, north of U.S. 98. The shuttle will run from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday.
Shuttle pick-up at Tanger is located behind Nike Factory Store, near Juniper Street. Handicap parking is free and accessible at the site on U.S. 98.

Attendees are invited to bring their own beverages, picnic blankets and chairs and enjoy an afternoon of live music underneath the moss-covered oaks of beautiful Dog River. The family-friendly festival will be held on a private, grassy lot located off Dog River at 2415 Venetia Road. Tickets to the event are $20; children under age 10 enter at no charge. Delicious Hungry Owl Food Truck fare will also be available for purchase.
The DRCR volunteers are actively seeking sponsorship support of the Mud Bottom Revival Festival. All proceeds will help DRCR’s efforts to protect and improve the water quality of Dog River and to support and funding the group’s litter reduction effort. The Magnolia Springs Seafood Celebration is a festival that celebrates our most abundant resource, our fresh local seafood. A most uncommonly sweet event occurred June 28 at Tahoe City’s Commons Beach: Sugarcane Jane, which recently “popped out of nowhere” and appeared on national music critics’ radar, performed.
Anthony Crawford and Savana Lee Crawford, who the Washington Times called “one of the best Nashville duos since Johnny and June (Cash),” is in California for the first time. Anthony and Savana, who actually now live in Alabama, are in the Golden State to play three shows and make a live studio recording.
It's not everyday Sugarcane Jane gets to bring their sound all the way to sunny California but beginning Friday, June 26, that is exactly what is happening. Steve will be appearing as part of a trio for ten special Eastern United States shows this July. With the intent of preserving the spontaneity of his solo shows, he is keeping the accompaniment sparse and acoustic.
